Le Lavancher is located between Chamonix and Argentière. You are in the heart of the ski area, but above all in the heart of an exceptional green setting, where all the hustle and bustle and crowds disappear. A luxurious place thanks to its tranquillity and its exceptional view of Mont Blanc, with its peaks and domes covered in eternal snow.

The mountains welcome you and all those who are captivated by their grandeur and beauty. However, they suffer from heavy visitor numbers. We are aware of this and ask you to respect ecological practices and behaviours in order to contribute to their preservation and survival.

Comfort, simplicity and robustness are the watchwords for our services, from bedding to electrical appliances. The house is equipped with a lift, a ski room, private parking and garage spaces. Each apartment has a wood-burning stove.

Renovated in the most beautiful and simple way, the three flats are mainly decorated with wood and other warm, high-quality materials. Each one has its own personality. There is no standardisation here; everything has been designed to offer high-end comfort without losing the authentic character of this hamlet house.
